Project description (message)

All information is voluntarily provided by the user when submitting the form.

The personal data collected is used exclusively to:

Manage and respond to the quote request or inquiry sent by the user.
Prepare a technical assessment of the project.
Communicate with the user regarding their project.

We do not use the data for unsolicited commercial purposes nor do we transfer it to third parties.

4. Legal basis

The processing of data is based on the user's consent when voluntarily submitting the contact form (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).

5. Data retention

Personal data is retained for the time necessary to manage the inquiry or requested project. Once the business relationship ends, it will be retained for the legally required period for tax and liability purposes.

6. Recipients

Data is not transferred to third parties, except by legal obligation. The contact form is sent to our corporate email server and may be processed by CRÉER Engineering team members responsible for project management.
