Do you cover my area?
We have an active team in Coimbra, Lisbon, Porto and Aveiro, and we carry out structural stability projects, reinforcement and BIM across all of Portugal with the CRÉER Remote model.
How does the CRÉER Remote model work — do you do everything remotely?
Not everything. The calculations, the BIM model and the structural stability project are done remotely by the same team. A site visit is mandatory whenever a structural survey or verification is involved, it's scheduled in advance and included in the fixed quote — we never assess a structure from photos or video alone.
How long do you take to respond?
On WhatsApp we usually reply in under 30 minutes during business hours. If the engineer is on-site, they'll call you back within 2 hours. We're available Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00.
Does the initial assessment cost anything?
No. The initial assessment and diagnosis are free, with no obligation. Within 48 hours we deliver a fixed-price proposal.
