2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, the quote estimator, or when requesting one of our free PDF guides (for example, the "SIMPLEX Guide + Engineer's Checklist" or the "Building Cost Guide"):
- Name
- Mobile phone number (where applicable)
- Information about the project you describe (type of work, area, city, message)
We also collect anonymous browsing statistics through Google Analytics (with anonymised IP).
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, send you the guide or document you requested, and follow up on the resulting business contact. The legal basis is your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box on each form, and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated. We never use your email for any purpose other than this, nor do we share it for third-party marketing purposes.
4. Data retention
Your data is kept only for as long as necessary to manage your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, or until you request its deletion.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. Form submissions are processed through the Formspree service and, at your request, the conversation may continue on WhatsApp. These providers process data solely to enable communication.
6. Your rights
You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability by writing to info@creeringenieria.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Portugal's National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
7. Cookies
This site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function (for example, remembering your light/dark theme preference). Anonymous analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only activated once you give explicit consent in the cookie notice shown on your first visit — you can accept or reject it, and change your choice at any time by clearing this site's browsing data in your browser. If you reject it, Google Analytics is not loaded.
