Our team has 9 years in professional practice in structural engineering, built in Colombia, and an active registration with the Ordem dos Engenheiros in Portugal. We work remotely for the whole country and travel when an inspection requires it.
We were born from the conviction that a building isn't made with promises — it's made with a design, calculations and a technical lead who puts their name to it. Every structure we touch goes through the Eurocodes, a BIM model and the signature of an engineer registered with the Ordem dos Engenheiros.
We built that track record — 9 years of structural engineering — in Colombia, a high-seismic-risk country. After the magnitude 7.4 earthquake of 10 August 2026, we published more than 40 post-earthquake structural assessments, case by case (see the assessments, in Spanish). For Portugal we bring the same team and the same rigour: serious calculations and a fixed price.
Why Portugal: since 2019, many refurbishment works require a seismic vulnerability assessment of the building (Portaria No. 302/2019), and under the SIMPLEX reform the câmara no longer reviews the stability project — it accepts it on the responsibility of whoever signs it. At the same time, people buying a home from abroad expect a trustworthy professional who speaks their language and doesn't inflate the price. That's the gap we want to fill, with the same calculation discipline as always.
Eng. Jhonatan Jiménez and Eng. Catalina Delgado are registered with the Ordem dos Engenheiros (Portugal) and COPNIA (Colombia). Calculations are always under the Eurocodes — the dual registration is an extra guarantee of professional ethics and accountability, not a different technical standard.
