An engineering firm that renovates homes.
We calculate, plan and carry out renovations of homes and business premises in the Netherlands. The engineers who sign off the calculations and the team on site work on the same contract, with a dedicated project manager for every project.

Our engineers are engenheiros civis and members of the Ordem dos Engenheiros, nos. 99515 and 99962.
Renovations with calculation
Bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, floors, painting, plumbing and electrics, commercial premises and load-bearing walls, with the structure checked whenever the renovation affects it.
Operations team
Our operations team plans and coordinates every project: request, visit, schedule, works and handover.
9 years of practice
Our team has been calculating and drawing steel, concrete and timber structures for nine years: houses, extensions, strengthening work and buildings.
Dutch regulations
Projects in the Netherlands are subject to Dutch law and the Dutch Buildings Decree (Bbl).
One dedicated project manager
Every project has one person who coordinates all the trades, from the visit to handover.
