What the fitting includes.
You choose the kitchen; we install and connect it. Fixed price after the visit.
Moving water or electrical points and tiling the splashback are separate items, each with its own price. Tiling: from €1,000 for 10 m² of labour. Add it up in the cost calculator.

Knocking through to the living room? Structure first.
If your new kitchen opens up to the living room and the wall is load-bearing, our engineer calculates the beam and we prepare the permit drawings before anything is touched.
And if the island has a stone worktop on a timber floor, we check that the floor can take it.
The splashback, aligned tile by tile.
Handmade zellige, marble effect or large format: we set out before laying, protect the worktop and grout once everything is dry and straight.

How much does it cost to have a kitchen fitted?
With us, fitting a kitchen of 4 linear metres costs from €1,750: units set level, worktop, sink and appliances connected. The units and appliances themselves are not included. Moving water or electrical points and tiling the splashback are separate items, each priced in writing.
Do you install kitchens from any brand?
Yes, from any brand and any shop. You buy the units and appliances; we check the measurements and the parts list before the order arrives, and then install it.
Should the kitchen go in before or after the floor?
It depends on the floor. With tiles, the floor usually goes in first, also under the units. With a floating floor, such as laminate or parquet, the kitchen goes in first and the floor runs up to the plinth, because it has to be able to move. We make this clear in the schedule.
How long does it take to fit a kitchen?
A kitchen of about 4 metres is usually fitted in one or two working days. If water or electrics have to be moved, or the splashback tiled, add the days we put in the schedule.
Can you move the water or electrical points?
Yes. We move water and waste connections, and electrics to NEN 1010, with the price in writing. If a gas boiler or gas water heater has to be moved, that is done by a CO-certified company, as the law requires.
Is the price fixed? What if something comes up during the work?
Yes. After the visit you receive a fixed-price quote, itemised line by line. If something turns up when we open up that could not be seen before, we show it to you, give you the price in writing and only carry on with your approval.

With a few photos, the measurements and, if you have one, the floor plan, we give you an indicative price. Then we measure up at your home and send you the fixed price.
